THE FOLLOWING ARE THE WAYS TO HAVE A GOOD SLEEP:
1. Reduce the use of electronic devices such as the use of smart phones, television and computers which usually do produce the blue light which has a negative effect on having sweet sleep as the result it reduces the production of Melatonin hormone which brings good sleep.
2. Avoid the use of Caffeine such as Coffee or Energy drink during the evening, on which they do stimulate the body and not allowing it to be in resting condition so causing not to have good sleep.
3. Reduce or avoid sleeping during the day time, on which reduces the sleep during the evening, so it is advised that if it is not necessary to sleep during the day its better you don’t sleep so as you have a good sleep at night.
