Manchester City has won the FIFA Club World Cup for the first time, becoming the first English club to win five titles in a single year: the Premier League, the Champions League, the FA Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup, after a 4-0 victory over Fluminense in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Friday, December 22.
However, this championship makes Guardiola the only manager to have won the Club World Cup four times; twice with Barcelona (2009 and 2011), once with Bayern Munich (2013), and now with Manchester City (2023). He is also the first manager to win the tournament with three different clubs.
