The Form Five Selection for the 2026/2027 academic year is managed by the President’s Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (TAMISEMI). Students and parents can access the selection lists and school placements through the official TAMISEMI Selection Portal.

How to Check Your Selection

Visit the Official Site: Go to the Selform MIS Portal.
Select the Year: Click on the option for “First Selection 2026” or “Selection and Allocation“.
Search Method:
- By Region: Browse by your specific region, then district, and finally your primary/secondary school.
- By Index Number: Enter your unique Form Four examination index number (e.g., S0000.0001.2024).
